How does a freelancer see all the milestone requests?

Answer: To see all of the milestone requests the user has to do the following:

Log in as a freelancer.
Go to the ‘Milestone Requests’ sub-menu under the ‘Earnings’ Menu.

If you're a freelancer, you are allowed to create an end product for a client using the Regular License and charge them for your services.
