How to pay via Offline Payment Methods?
These are the steps to pay via offline payment methods.
Step – 1 (Customer):
- Select any of the available offline payment methods.
- After successful order placement goes to Purchase History from the customer panel.
- Tap on order code.
- Below the order, amount clicks on the “Make Payment” button.
- Fillup amount, name, transaction id and a screenshot of payment slip of bank or custom payment and submit.
Step – 2 (Admin):
- The filled information will appear on the admin panel Order details page. After verification, the payment admin would select paid/unpaid based on the information submitted.
