How to pay via Offline Payment Methods?
Answer: These are the steps to pay via offline payment methods.
Step - 1 (Customer):
Select any of the available offline payment methods.
After successful order placement goes to Purchase History from the customer panel.
Tap on order code.
Below the order, amount clicks on the “Make Payment” button.
Fillup amount, name, transaction id and a screenshot of payment slip of bank or custom payment and submit.
Step - 2 (Admin):
The filled information will appear on the admin panel Order details page. After verification, the payment admin would select paid/unpaid based on the information submitted.
